Huisman Etech Experts uses the NEN 2767 standard for the condition assessment of buildings (B), sites (W) and installations (E). NEN 2767 is used for objective and uniform measurement of the physical condition of building and installation components, whereby Huisman only focuses on the electrical aspect (E). Our inspectors look for defects in materials and elements of your electrical installation. If any defects are discovered, we establish the extent and severity thereof. We issue a score from 1 (very good) to 6 (very bad) based on our findings. A condition score of 3 or higher is sufficient to satisfy the maintenance plan.
