The concrete screw pile registration system was introduced in 1993 and has proven its worth in practice. While drilling concrete screw piles, the system records all the data necessary for optimal quality. The data can be viewed in real-time, allowing you to make adjustments during drilling if necessary. The data also form the basis for subsequent quality control and client documentation. The concrete screw pile registration system consists of an advanced Black Box, a touch screen control panel, an acoustic display of the concrete flow and a link to the back-office system. The touchscreen displays various values, including drilling depth, concrete pressure, winch torque and speed, drilling torque and x-y axis perpendicularity.
The driven pile registration system records all data necessary for quality assurance for clients and internal quality controls. Manual calculations become superfluous, saving you person-hours for supervising pile driving. You can read out all the data in real-time, from stroke energy to the perpendicularity of the x and y axes. The system uses a GPRS connection to send the data to the central server of the Huisman GPRS machine data management system.
The GPRS machine data management system automatically records all machine data. When a pile is completed, the data is sent to the Black Box and then to Huisman Etech Experts’ central server via GPRS connection. The server prepares the data for display and storage in real-time,
along with numerous other possibilities. For example, you can connect the system to the concrete pump to register how much concrete has been delivered down to the nearest litre. You can also use the system to register company cars’ running hours and trip data.
