Entry-level independent electricians

Our apprentice electricians Sem, Gijs and Luuk, received their First Electrician Level 3 diploma at De Technische in Nijmegen. They progressed from apprentice electricians (level 1) to entry-level independent electricians (level 3) during a three-year training pathway. De Technische provided the theory, and they obtained valuable hands-on experience at Huisman Etech Experts. We will welcome Sem and Luuk to our team after their well-deserved holidays, while Gijs will continue his education with a BOL 4 programme in middle management engineering.

Human Resource Management

We also congratulate Esmee Hermsen on obtaining her vocational bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. In the past months, she conducted a study at our organisation on optimising the recruitment and selection process. Esmee will stay with us during the summer holidays to support the recruitment and selection of new employees. This will allow her to put some of the recommendations from her thesis into practice.

“My graduation topic is very topical because of the current tight labour market,” says Esmee. “My research on intensifying and optimising the recruitment and selection process led to three recommendations. I found it interesting to be able to contribute to the organisation in this way. I worked at Huisman Etech Experts as a corporate recruiter alongside my thesis research, so I fully experienced the current recruitment and selection process and what I would do differently. I have factored this into my recommendations.”
