What will you do as a Service Engineer Luxury Yachts?

In this versatile role, you combine electrical engineering, software knowledge, and customer focus. One day you commission new systems at a shipyard in the Netherlands, the next day you troubleshoot a problem on board a superyacht abroad. Or you support the customer remotely from our office in Druten or Buitenkaag. You have a lot of freedom, actively think along with the customer, and work closely with colleagues from different disciplines. Your tasks include:

• Commissioning of electrical installations, both hardware and software;

• Reading and adjusting PLC-controlled systems (e.g. Siemens), often together with engineers;

• Troubleshooting by analyzing software and installations;

• Installing and maintaining PCs and networks on board;

• Making minor software adjustments in consultation with software engineers;

• Replacing and installing installations and components;

• Performing and documenting service activities;

• Providing feedback to the service coordinator.

What do you bring?

• You have an MBO-4 degree in electrical engineering;

• You are familiar with PLC/SCADA systems and can independently analyze faults or are motivated to learn this;

• You speak both Dutch and English;

• You are customer-oriented, accurate, and think in solutions;

• Traveling for work? Even better! Of course, we take your home situation into account;
