Four days working and one day at school? At Huisman Etech Experts, you’ll earn a full salary whilst studying for your qualification. You’ll be mentored by industry experts, work on projects that make a real difference, and gradually build up the experience you need to start working as a skilled professional in your own right.
As an SBB-certified training company, we offer work-based learning programmes for electrical engineering students at MBO levels 2, 3 and 4. You will be given a personalised training plan tailored to both your current level and your ambitions, and you will always work alongside a dedicated subject expert on the shop floor. Through the Huisman Academy, we will guide you every step of the way, even if you wish to challenge yourself beyond your own field of expertise.
As a BBL student at Huisman, you’ll be involved in a wide range of electrical engineering projects across industry, commercial buildings, construction and healthcare. Depending on your level and course, you’ll work in the field, in panel building or in one of our other departments. You’ll be working with us four days a week and attending school one day a week. This way, you’ll really learn the trade through hands-on experience.

Huisman Etech Experts is based in Druten and offers work-based learning programmes to students from across Gelderland and North Brabant, as well as from the rest of the Netherlands.
