What will you do as a Service Coordinator Fire Safety?

As a Service Coordinator Fire Safety, you are responsible for guiding and coordinating maintenance, new installations, and service activities on fire safety systems.

You oversee multiple assignments at once and ensure that everything is well-organized.

Specifically, this means that you:

• Coordinate maintenance and installations according to schedule and specifications;

• Act as the point of contact for clients and service technicians;

• Monitor contract agreements and maintain relationships with customers;

• Ensure good preparation of activities (planning, materials, and information);

• Manage files and documentation according to current laws and regulations;

• Identify deviations and develop solutions;

• Be responsible for delivery, aftercare, and handling of questions or complaints;

• Guide internal and external audits and maintain quality guidelines.

You ensure that fire safety systems function reliably and that projects are executed efficiently and with quality.

What do you bring?

You are someone who keeps an overview, adapts quickly, and enjoys taking responsibility. You combine technical insight with organizational talent and like to work with customers and colleagues.

In addition, you have:

• At least a vocational level in Electrical Engineering;

• Preferably a diploma as a Projecting Expert Fire Alarm Systems or the ambition to achieve this;

• Experience with fire alarm systems or similar installation techniques;

• Experience in a coordinating role, for example as a work planner or service coordinator;

• Good communication skills and organizational ability;

• A structured way of working and an eye for quality.
