What will you do as a Service Coordinator Security?

The Service department consists of about 40 enthusiastic and knowledgeable colleagues and is constantly evolving. As a Service Coordinator Security, you are the link between our customers and service technicians.

The Security department is part of the Service department and is responsible for resolving malfunctions, performing maintenance, carrying out short-term projects, and conducting inspections and inspections on security and fire alarm systems, camera systems, and access control systems.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly by:

• Planning and coordinating service and maintenance activities;

• You are the first point of contact to provide the customer with advice;

• Maintaining contact with customers and providing them with appropriate solutions;

• Managing and supporting our service technicians with technical and scheduling questions;

• Ensuring careful administration and correct invoicing of the work carried out.

What do you bring?

You are an organizational talent with technical insight and know how to keep a good overview in a dynamic work environment.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO course in Electrical Engineering

• A completed MBV course and experience with the BORG certification;

• Relevant knowledge and experience in security technology, or the motivation to further develop in this area;

• Experience in a similar position, for example as a work planner;

• The ability to switch quickly and set priorities;

• An independent and structured way of working, but you also function well in a team;

• Good command of the English language.
