We are looking for a Maritime Project Manager for our location in Buitenkaag. At Huisman Etech Experts, you will have the opportunity to be involved in new projects from the beginning and take responsibility for their realization.

As a Maritime Project Manager, you ensure that electrical installations for luxury yachts are successfully realized. You monitor progress, maintain an overview, and ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

What will you do as a Maritime Project Manager?

As a Maritime Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding projects from start to completion. You lead the project team and ensure that all disciplines involved work together effectively.

You monitor the planning, budget, and quality of the projects and oversee the deployment of people and resources. During the project, you maintain contact with clients, engineers, work preparation, technicians, and other involved parties.

You organize project meetings, identify deviations in planning or execution, and provide appropriate solutions when necessary. Additionally, you ensure proper project preparation, a clear start of activities, and accurate project administration.

At the end of the project, you ensure a proper delivery, provide aftercare to the client, and hand over to the service department.

What do you bring?

You are someone who maintains an overview, takes responsibility, and gets energy from realizing technical projects. You know how to connect different parties and ensure that projects run in a structured and efficient manner.

In addition:

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in electrical engineering;

• You have experience in a similar role within the maritime sector;

• You communicate easily with both internal teams and clients;

• You work systematically and can prioritize tasks;

• You are decisive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused;

• You are willing to work both from our headquarters in Druten and on project sites.
