Maintenance Specialist BMI/OAI

As a maintenance specialist at Huisman Etech Experts, you work together with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and auditors within different functional uses of the Building Decree Living Environment (BBL). As a CCV-certified organization, we strive for quality and are looking for a critical maintenance specialist with a practical approach.

What will you do as a Maintenance Specialist?

In this role, you assess the functional condition of BMI and/or OAI installations at various contract parties of Huisman Etech Experts. You check if installations comply with the applicable laws and regulations and advise customers on any deviations.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Inspecting and assessing BMI and/or OAI installations;

• Preparing reports on performed activities;

• Advising customers on deviations and improvements;

• Consulting with design experts and guiding external inspections;

• Commissioning and conducting sound measurements of installations;

• Assisting with malfunctions, emergencies, or minor tasks when necessary.

What do you bring?

• You have at least the Maintenance Specialist BMI/OAI diploma;

• You have attended product training sessions for various brands and types of BMI/OAI installations;

• You have good communication skills;

• You have an affinity with laws and regulations regarding fire safety of buildings;

• You have a driver's license B.
