As an Administrator BMI/OAI, you ensure that fire alarm and evacuation systems remain reliable. You are the one who detects deviations before they become problems, playing a crucial role in safety. You have a lot of freedom in your work, visit different locations, and always have colleagues supporting you.
As an administrator, you are responsible for periodically checking fire alarm and evacuation systems. You keep these systems in top condition.
You perform monthly checks on, among other things, fire alarm control panels and notifications;
You identify deviations and take actions to resolve them;
You neatly record everything in the digital logbook;
You check if installations still comply with current situations and regulations;
You perform additional, comprehensive checks (every 4 months);
You prevent installations from being unintentionally activated during your work.
You work independently but always have colleagues to rely on.
You work accurately and take responsibility for what you do. You notice details that others miss and consider it important that installations work properly.
You have an electrical engineering background;
You work in a structured and independent manner;
You communicate easily with customers and colleagues;
You have an affinity with fire alarm and safety systems;
Experience in technical maintenance or service is a plus.
